It was reinstalled from scratch? If so, then a rebuild shouldn't make
any difference, since in theory, everything will be the same the next
time round. If was a repair install, then maybe a reinstall from
scratch would help. It depends what else is on the server, and how
much work is involved, I suppose.

Actually, since OWA 5.5 works very similarly to Outlook, it might be
worth installing Outlook on the server (don't select the Full install
option - that will upset CDO.DLL), and seeing if that will connect.
You may at least get a better error message. If Outlook can connect,
then we should be able to get OWA to, too. OWA error messages aren't
particularly informative.
