Unable to connect to POP3 on Exchange 2000 (Win 2000 SBS)

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Need to be able to connect to POP3 to download Exchange mail to PocketPC.
Running Windows 2000 SBS. MS Exchange POP3 service is started, as well as
Default POP3 Virtual Server in ESM. When I telnet to port 110 I get
"Connection to host lost. Press any key to continue" immediatly. Virtual
POP3 set to "All unnasigned" IPs, but I tried selecting server IP, but same
issue. Tried disabling NAV, but same issue.
Stopped & restarted all thos services, still cannot connect to POP3 even
from Server console. Please help... Thanks!
