1. Using Active Directory Users & Computers, switch to Advanced View (View menu -> Avanced View)
2. Double-click the user you want to send as (not send on belhalf), go to the Security tab, click Advanced add "Send As" permission to the user you want to delegate the ability to send eèmails using this user's e-mail address
