RE: Can't see 100MB of mail



Sorry about the two threads, but I didn't see the first after a couple of
hours, so I posted the second.

Michel, I used this utility and was able to see the items in the 'Root'
folder. I played around with the interface to see if I could set one of the
existing folders as a copy destination and copy the messages out of root, but
the utility kept giving exception errors and terminating.

Anyway, I was able to use it to delete the messages from the root folder.
ESM and the Outlook folder sizes now show about the same.

I found it kind of interesting that the utility labeled the Outlook Today as
the 'Top of Information Store' and had a seperate area called 'Root Folder'
that contained the 'Top of Information Store'. The mailbox was still on an
Exchange 2003 server at the time.

I found other references on google to this utility and it seems to have a
lot of uses.
