You should never receive mail for other domains. What you're asking is
"is that all I need to do to allow my SMTP server to relay mail to
other domains?" And the answer is yes.

No, the requirement that clients authenticate with the SMTP server
should be sufficient to prevent the use of your server as a rely by
anything that doesn't have a working userid and password in your
Active Directory.
Do be careful that you don't have weak passwords on common accounts
(administrator, webmaster, etc.) and that the guest account is NOT
enabled.
