You need to do the following:

1. The test Exchange server must be installed with the same Org, Admin
Group, Storage Group and Database names
2. Configure the test server database file names with the same names as
production
3. Dismount the test server database
4. Delete the database and log files on the test server
5. On the test server database, check the option "This database can be
overwritten by a restore"
6. Copy the production database files over
7. Mount the database
