Dear Paul,
Yes I have tried this from other mashines. From different locations. If she
logs in remotly from home she can log in as administrator and some other new
users as i created for testing purposes. I tried to change her login name, no
difference. By the way she uses XP home from home and I use XPP from my
location. Do you know exactly what services I could try restarting, if that
might help
