2 Exchange 2000 problems.

We have MS 2000 server spk 4

1. A client will send some information to our company. The client will
receive a 552 error.(Exceeded storage allocations.) This internal malibox is
near empty, so why would the client get this message?

2. Every time that our company sends out mail to our clients, They mostly
will
sit in the Que for a while and the sender will receive a ACTION:delayed
e-mail.
The code is 4.4.7 but when I looked at all of the causes, none could be our
broblem.
Please tell me why this happening, Thank you.
