Header in Exchange

I created special mailbox called "SPAM" for users to forward spam messages
they receiving.
I wanted to analyze them (header, keywords and IP) to tune up our antispam
software.

When someone forward message to that mailbox I am trying to check message
header using Outlook 2003, but I don't see any information there, it's
blank.
I can see headers for messages coming from the internet to my Exchange
mailbox, but whenever someone forwarding something from one internal mailbox
to another all headers getting lost.

Is there any way to fix that? I want to see IP addresses of servers sending
SPAM to my users.
