Hi.

This is not an Exchange issue, It is a problem with your network
HUB/SWITCH/ADAPTOR
It means that the Network card is trying to figure the connection type
10/100/1000 Half/Full duplex and has problems ...
Try to force the Connection speed on the adapter's properties
