I think you should add a few more items to the log. I usually check
*every* box to get the max amount of info into the log file. I know
some of them will always be empty, but I add 'em anyway.

I'm not sure what the lines with no commands represent -- that's why I
add all the other fields to the log, so it tells me what it's doing.

Since your problem is with inbound connections the SMTP Connector
isn't doing you any good (or harm).

202.106.187.150 belongs to sina.com. Is 62.23.221.211 the server
that's running Notes? or is it 203.202.149.158 (which seems to be the
one). If it is, you need more data. The series of commands looks okay
to me. You'd want to see the error in the log, not just the successes.
That TIMEOUT might be significant, though, especially if it happens
regularly.
