Hi,

Based on my experience, on most scenarios, the 9095/9098 events are only
informational and harmless, so they can be safely ignored. Also, I'd like
to confirm with you that whether there are some abnormal behaviors on the
server since the error event logged. Meanwhile, please apply the latest
update for Exchange 2003 and Windows server.

The error event 10009 may be the root caused of this problem. When Exchange
calls a DCOM service, it encounters a failure, so the error event 10009 has
been logged, as well as 9095/9098. Please have a look at these KB article
to see if they could solve the problem:

If the problem still persists, please monitor the server performance for a
while to see if there is some abnormal symptom. Also, you may send the
application to me for some further research. My email address is

Hope it helps.
