Hi Arian,

I noticed that you are migrating Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003, so I'd
like to clarify whether these folders you mentioned are on old Exchange
2000 server or the new Exchange 2003 server. If you want to remove Exchange
2000 server after migration, one of the necessary steps is to rehome the
public folder on Exchange 2000 server to Exchange 2003 server, so you could
continue to use Offline address list and some other features contains in
public folder. To do so, please refer to:

307917 How to remove the first Exchange 2000 Server computer from the site
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=307917

Exchange creates the OWAScratchPad{GUID} folder when an OWA user adds an
attachment to a public folder post. Exchange will recreate this folder when
it needs. So you could safely delete it. For more information, please refer
to:

319143 XCCC: Adding Attachments to Public Folder Posts in OWA
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=319143

StoreEvents{GUID} is used to hold the Event Sinks which are registered to
Information Store in your Exchange Server. If you delete it, all the Event
Sinks registered previously would not work. However, if you didn't use
Event Sink on your Exchange Server, you can feel free to delete them. Also,
when you register a new Event Sink on server, this folder will also be
created automatically.

Hope the information helps.

Regards,

Pat Cai
