Use Exchange System manager.
Drill down to Recipient Policies.
You will see one in there marked Default. That will contain your
current settings. If you want everyone to have this new address as a
secondary then you can simply add the domain in there.
If you want some to have one and not the other or want some to have
the new domain as a primary address then the process is a little more
complicated. You need to create a new RP and filter it out.
