I'm still not sure what you are referring to when you say it never appeared
in SMTP. Does no queue appear period for that domain? Queues don't look
that much different between E2K and E2K3 - E2K3 just makes more queues
visible.
Do you have message tracking enabled? If so, then track messages sent to
that domain and see where they ended up. Other than this, I can't provide
any more help unless you disclose more information. Posting the contents of
the NDR would be helpful.
