For Palm, try www.chapura.com - PocketMirror Pro can do this.

Watch out for conflicts in your PFs as multiple people are syncing to them -
best to treat them them 'read only' on your handhelds, if people have editor
rights in the PFs themselves, and tell your conduit software always to
overwrite the Palm data for those folders.
