I'm not sure what you're asking, and you've obfuscated the information in
the jpeg so that there is no useful information. What I *can* see is that
e-mails to some remote domains are in a retry state (blue arrow) and that
the status of the domain you have selected shows that the connection was
dropped by the remote host. That's why e-mail can't be delivered. The
queues that you are asking about are also clearly showing that they are
using SMTP as the protocol. Exchange 2003 will display a separate queue for
each remote domain.

As far as information not being logged in your SMTP logs, are you sure that
you have SMTP logging enabled? If so, which type of log files, and are you
logging the maximum amount of information? What does the NDR state?
