Receiving email not intended for me

I have been receiving email within our organization that was not intended for
me. I have actually looked at the message in the sent items folder of the
person who sent it and my name is not listed. Yet I have received a handful
(7) of emails in the last month that were not addressed to me. We are
running Server 2003 enterprise with Exchange 2003 in a clustered environment.
 How can this happen???
