Thanks again, Pat!

The issue was that the anonymous user did not have access to the
awahttps.asp file. I was actually looking down this path yesterday, but
hesitated because I would have figured that would have been in the
instructions and I didn't want to make any unnecessary modifications that
may open any security holes.
