there must be a service account...look to see what account the Exchange
services are running under...you need to get that account's password, access
Exchange Administrator, and add whatever account/s you need with
administrative rights to Exchange...changing the Site Services Account's
password is tricky...look at this before you begin, if you will need to
change the pw on that account to get in:
