Using Outlook, you can copy the Public Folder to a PST file (or to the
mailbox itself), then extract it to a csv file. Or, you can copy all of the
contacts from within the PF to a new Contacts folder in Outlook (mailbox or
PST file). I can't think of another way off the top of my head.
