Like I said, you can write your own event sink to do this if you want.
GFI's solution is, as I mentioend, free. You get the trial, then when it
expires, the disclaimer portion will still work just fine.

If you want to look into your own event sink without 3rd party software,
then you can refer to the following KB article.
