You cannot lock down sharing of indivirual folders within Outlook as far as
I am aware of. The owner of the mailbox has Full Access to their own
mailbox - as such, they have the ability to share folders (or even their
entire mailbox). I don't know if you will even find a 3rd party app that
can do this. If it is possible, then you can look at the Office .adm
templates that are available to stick into Group Policies and see if there
is anything there that will allow you to do this.
