Well, if port 80 and 443 are open on your firewall, then to start with, you
can simply go to http://ExternalIPofFirewall/exchange and it ought to bring
up the logon request. Assuming this works, then all you have to do is set
up an A record in your external DNS servers that maps mail.company.com to
the external IP of your firewall.
