I am pretty sure no one has changed the passwords. I have checked the
account that is used to start the services which is what we use to
login as administrator. So all that part is good.
  Because System attendant isn't going, we can't open System Manager.
 So I am having a hard time here trying to work out what is stopping
these services from starting.
