Call PSS and reference that KB article. They should be able to send you a
link to the download. The reason the link to the hotfix wasn't available is
because they only work for a specific amount of time. PSS needs to keep
track of how many people need the hotfix, so you need to call them to get
it. Hotfix calls are free.
