You can take it that you're in a disaster recovery situation. See the
5.5 DR guide http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/en/55/help/default.asp
Essentially you can restore the box to alternative hardware and, after
some wrestling, get your stores back up. You will then exmerge the
data out and exmerge it into the new stores.
Do some reading and then come back with more questions on specific
issues.
