Outlook Clients Free Busy Data Unavailable

Seems that almost every email client's Free Busy Information is unavailable
after March 1'st 2005.

One or two users seem to be ok, don't know why.

When scheduling a meeting, with Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2000, the Scheduling
tab or Attendee Availability tab will not show free / busy info past March
1, 2005.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
