You may have a corrupt message. if this is a an IMS only server, with
NO mailboxes on it, you can stop the store during a slow period,
rename the priv.edb and restart to create a new one. Check the queues
via the exch admin, do you have a message that never gets delivered
and sits in the queue? If the IMS is on a mailbox server, try using
mdbvue32 to delete the offending message if it indeed does exist.
