hi

I have Exchange 2000 running on a Windows 2000 server.

I had recently disabled a user account. Her Supervisor needs to verify the
user emails.
I went into active directory users and computers and unchecked the lock.
I shared the mailbox to her supervisor. I tried to add the user mailbox to
her supervisor outlook and it could not resolve that name in outlook. IT says
the username doesnot exist in active directory.

I am able to open outlook only from the terminal in which the user was
working before she got fired.

Kindly help me .
