I have found the Solution.
In Exchange 2000, I had unchecked the deny "send as" and "receive as" on my
username.
I think I had left the deny on the Enterprise Admins and Domain Admins Group
but it seemed to worked for Exchange 2000.
Anyways, to fix it, I removed the deny from the above groups as well as my
username and it seem to work. Not sure why this works.
It makes sense if you go by the "share security" where it is the most
restrictive.
