You can also try using SpamAssassin. Its free, but well supported and
maintained.
You can install Perl of the Exchange servers and deploy SpamAssassin.
Everything thats received on the SMTP can get filtered by SpamAssassin using
this plugin: http://www.christopherlewis.com/ExchangeSpamAssassin.htm
There is a very clear installation guide for Windows and when you follow it
exactly, nothing can get wrong.
I use it and it works very well.
It requires some effort for the bayes filter to get it working. SpamAssassin
will auto-learn spam and ham, but it takes some time (200 samples of both
are desired). You can do this manually too.
Slight backdraws on Exchange are that the user should have a rule in Outlook
(or on the exchange server) to move the mail to the junk mail folder.
Rules, settings and bayasian filtering applies to everyone.
McAfee SpamKiller has SpamAssasin integrated.
