No that doesn't seem to work.
I tried opening another users mailbox and it doesn't display. If I go into
the users profile and specifically give access to the "inbox", I can use the
File->Open->Other Users Folder->Inbox.
There must be some security at the mailbox level that is wrong but I don't
know what it is because it was working previous to exchange. I am going to
try creating a new user and giving that user full access to the exchange
organization. I know there is an explicit deny if you are in a certain
group but I changed that.
