I did that using IIS 6, saving the configuration of the exchange and
exchweb virtual directories in xml files and then creating new virtual
directories in the other web site from those files.
It worked fine, but I need to do the same in a W2000 server, and IIS 5
doesn't seem to have any way to copy virtual directories configuration.
