Open ADSIEdit. Expand the Configuration container. Then, in order, go into
the Configuration, Services, Microsoft Exchange, Organization name, Global
Settings, Message Delivery, Default Message Filter properties. In the
properties page, it will list all the attributes. Scroll down the list
until you see msExchTurfListNames. View/edit the properties of that object
and you should see a list of all the names. I doubt it will be easier to
read, and I don't think that you can easily export that information (at
least not using ADSIEdit).
