Back Office licenses encompass Exchange, server CAL, etc. Excahnge is not
lciensed per mailbox, but rather per user or device accessing it.
I believe you can still a Windows Core CAL and use the downgrade rights to
use it for BackOffice .. Have you thought about upgrading to 2003?
