Lou,

I managed to solve the problem with RPC-HTTP!! After doing some more
looking on the newsgroups, I came across this article which saved me from a
nervous breakdown:

This was exactly my problem!! Port 6001 was mapping to LSASS for some
reason. 6004 was mapping to MAD which in my scenario, it shouldn't have
been. Once I deleted and reset the key and rebooted the server, I rechecked
the ports to make sure they were talking to the correct process and now,
they are! I then tested the OL2003 client and voila! Everything works
perfectly now.

Thanks so much for helping me out on this!! I'd keep the info listed above
in the link somewhere because it definately was the problem.
