Spam Filters such as Nemx Power Tools for Exchange 2000/2003 are able to
drop SMTP sessions during transmission. Filtering is based upon RBL,
originating address, subject and invalid recipients.

The different recipients do they exist in the same domain as the one
returning the 550? If they are at different domains. Check if your
exchange server's IP has been placed inadvertently on an RBL (real time
blackhole listing) at www.openrbl.org. For more information about RBL
filtering check out.

If the other recipients are all at the same domain then test with a
different email. Have you tried to send a different email (plain text
format with a simple subject and email body)? HTML emails have a higher
chance as being diagnosed as spam (spam contains high number of web links
for "click here" and graphics).
