It's a pretty dangerous thing to be doing, especially if you have
people who get emails from the former colonies such as AU and NZ. Use
a 3rd party spam filter or the Exchange 2003 IMF, this will block out
most, if not all, of what you're seeing.
If you are insistent on blocking IPs then it would be a good idea to
let us know the Exchange version you're running.
