exchange crashed on additional domain controller/member server

dear gurus,
i had ms exchange 2000 enterprise server on A, which is also
Primary/Master Domain controller
as a safe side i made one another machine B, as member/additional
DC(BDC). then i installed exchange same as above.this i had done if my
exchange crashed so we can up this at any time
now due to some other GFI testing software my B server had crashed, i
format all drives entirely, and do the same setup. but my exchange on
B is not allowing to install. as some components of this exsist in A
server
can any one guide me what action should be taken, earlier i post same
problem but some one says read on exchane 2003, but i need
support/help 4 exchange 2k
