Definitely I am getting email in my junk mail folder that does meet this
requirements. This only started happening when the IMF was enabled.

Is Microsoft committed to improving and updating the IMF?

Outlook 2003 version 11.6359.6360 - Is there a hotfix or an update that I
could apply to the client.
