Have you checked to see if the IWAM_SERVERNAME account is perhaps locked
out?
Otherwise, from reading through the KB article, it appears that it may be a
possible resolution to the problem. In any event, it's IIS and W2K-related,
not necessarily Exchange 2003 related. Give it a try. It certainly doesn't
appear that it can cause any harm.
