Chris,
Have you checked the application log for errors or warnings pertaining to
MSExchangeIS? Turn up logging for MSExchangeIS Public. Do you have message
size limits between the 2 servers? Are the 2 servers in the same
Administrative group?
You said that your hierarchy has replicated to the new E2K3 server correct?
So that would imply that the PF store is stamped with proxy addresses and
you do have mailflow between the servers as the content and hierarchy
messages both replicate over email messages.
Are you seeing any content replicate? What if you add a new piece of
content to the replica on the E2K server does it then replicate to the E2K3
server? What if you make a change to an existing piece of content does that
replicate?
What if you put a message in the E2K3 replica of the folder? Does that
replicate to the E2K server?
You can point your mailbox store on your E2K3 server to point to the E2K PF
store for now so that your users will see the content. They will then post
to that replica as well and create new PFs there.
Once you get your E2K3 PF situation worked out you can point the mailbox
store back to the E2K3 PF store.
