When we went live with the Exchange server, we did not
have a reverse lookup created for our domain but we do
now. Also, we are not listed in the blacklist for spam
companies.
I checked spamcop.net and or maill server IP is not listed
in the blacklist.
I also checked dnsstuff.com and we are not listed in any
of the spam databases.

Our reverse lookup appears to be fine.

Any ideas?
