I created another Virtual SMTP server, and I noticed both
SMTP servers go down. You are right that once the IIS
service dies, it takes SMTP/POP3/Routing Engine with it.
IIS restarts automatically, but Exchange Services don't.
For the POP3/Routing Engine, I can set the Recovery
Options in the Serice snap-in to "restart", but for SMTP
server I have no idea where I can set it to restart.
