secure email...

We want to be able to generate a secure email from our website which is
hosted out of house. Our web designer has developed code on our website to
automatically generate an email and send to our exchange 2000 server when
someone has purchased something from us on line. (we only do a an average of
a transaction per day) Included in the email is the customers credit card
info - this is why we want to secure the email when it is being sent from
our providers system (where our web site is hosted) to ours. We are using
SSL on our website to ensure that part of it is secure.

What do we need to purchase to ensure this can happen? I suspect that the
mail encryption software must be loaded on the providers system - since they
are the originators?? They have a win2k3 server.

I have not had to do this before so have no clue on the particulars...

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated...
