Does a frog have long legs? I have done EVERYTHING and the answer to
all above is yes. I have tried everything under the sun in every MS
KB article. Often after a reboot it all comes right and outbound
internal mail will route. Then eventually after some hours, sometimes
a day, the queue starts forming and it stops. Even if you then delete
the queue, it still won't route. Then reboot again, and it resumes.
Arghhhh.... HELP!
