Exch2003 Sp1 FdoUpdate Catalog Halted...

I get these three error messages together a few times a
day. In the last 24 hrs I received them at 1201pm 1216pm
131am 146am 701am 901am. It's usually the same basice
pattern.Does anyone know why this is happening?

Event ID:7200, Background thread FDoUpdateCatalog halted
on database "First Storage\Group\Public Folder Store
(SERVER)" due to error code 0x80004005
