I don't agree with Single Instance Storage being crap. SIS is a wonderful
thing in regards to disk consumption. You will increase a messages store
when you move users because each user must export a copy of that Single
Instance to get it to the new Org or PST. You would however start creating
new SIS on the new system when new messages arrive. It makes no sense to
store the same email/attachment for each user on the same server when you
only need to keep one copy of it.
