The way it works is that when you assign search permissions to an account,
it creates an explicit deny for everyone else. This technique is used when
you want to hide the GAL. It gets a little weirder with RC's in that if you
assign search permissions to the container itself, the container is
invisible, but it's contents are seen in the address book under the Global
Address List. If you are working with permission admin or SA rights, the
behavior will not be apparent to you, as you will see everything.
